요즘 콘도분양 문의가 참 많네요.

콘도분양은 현재 경쟁이 아주 심하답니다.

2017년 4월 외국인세금 15%가 나온후에 당장은 15%세금을 내지 않고 향후 이민자, 워킹비자, 학생비자 를 받으실 분들이 현재 자금으로 분양을 받아두고 몇년후에 입주시에 내국인 자격으로 세금을 내지 않아도 되기 때문이 아닐까 싶네요.

또한 하우스 가격이 넘 높고 토론토의 인구가 계속 늘고 있기 때문에 토론토 주변에 콘도 구입으로 일단 부동산 투자시장에 쉽게 한발짝  앞서기 위해서 투자자들이 몰리고 있다는 생각이네요.
